4. Payments

• No online payments are processed on the website.
• Accepted payment methods:
  • Cash on delivery.
  • Bank transfer.
  • Card machine at delivery or in-store.

5. Delivery Policy

• Free delivery on orders of £45 or more.
• £5 delivery charge for orders below £45.
• Orders must be placed at least one day in advance.
• Delivery time slots:
  • 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Deal and offer items are not eligible for delivery and must be collected from the shop.

6. Collection (Pickup)

Customers may collect orders directly from the shop during business hours. Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

Due to the perishable nature of meat:

• Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery or collection.
• By accepting the order, the customer confirms it is correct and satisfactory.
