At Ali Halal Butchers, all orders are checked and approved at the time of delivery or collection. Due to the perishable nature of meat, we kindly ask customers to inspect their order carefully upon receipt.

Returns for Defects (24 Hours)

If the meat is found to be spoiled, unhygienic, incorrectly cut, or not as ordered, you may request a refund or replacement within 24 hours. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns Without Defects

Returns for meat that is fresh and in good condition are not guaranteed. However, in line with Islamic principles, we may consider a return as a goodwill gesture if the meat is unused, properly stored, and returned promptly.
